“Selfish Brownie” A Remedy for PMS or GOWS*




In a coffee mug, stir together:
2 tablespoons butter (melted)
2 tablespoons milk
Dash of vanilla extract
Dash of salt
Stir in:
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons flour
Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds.
Sprinkle freshly grated nutmeg on top and/or whipped cream or just some extra milk (like cereal) before eating in a safe place (possibly a bubble bath) by yourself.
Make amends with everyone ASAP.
